Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
We are also closed in the last two weeks of December and the first two weeks of August. The best way to reach us when we are closed is via email and we will receive it on the following working day.
Response times:
We aim to respond to all emails within one working day and we aim to respond to chat requests within two minutes. Please do not send repeated emails in the night or over the weekend as we will not be able to respond until we open.
