About me:
I taught Germa and Polish in prestige international companies and private schools of foreign languages in Poland and now in London. I provide language classes for employees of law firms, banks, logistic firms. Since September I teach also children in German Saturday School. I hold MA in German Language and Translation and I used to live in Germany (Munich) and Austria (Vienna)as a child and as an adult.
As a teacher with 6 years of experience I have developed attractive and effective teaching methods. I am very approachable – never forget to smile and have a sens of humour. I arrange lessons in a way that the presented material matches students needs. I always make sure that everyone in a group have understood new material before introducing new issues. I use a variety of teaching resources such as books and multimedia in order to make my lessons interesting and enjoyable. It is also important for me to make learners familiar with the culture and the ordinary life in Germany. I think that Teaching modern languages is not just about vocabulary and pronunciation, it requires the commitment to developing real cultural awareness.
