A SIMPLE SHORT CUT! (Use your phone!)
Step 1: Place the document on a table.
Step 2: Treat your camera phone as if it were a scanner, taking a ‘birds-eye-view’ photo of the document.
Step 3: Make sure that the document is clear, that the words are legible and there are no shadows, fingers or no thumbs showing in the image.
Step 4: Attach the images to the email
Step 5: Hit the send button!
